Shipping
Shipments are made from our warehouse located in Kanata, ON. Shipping is by Canada Post. Shipping charges are calculated automatically when you checkout and added to your order. We will ship your order on the next business day after we have your payment confirmation. Estimated shipping time is between 3-10 days in North America depending on destination.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped in Canada are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 6% or the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) at a rate of 14% for Newfoundland, Nova Scotia & New Brunswick. Ontario Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will be added to your order only if your packages are being delivered to addresses within Ontario at a rate of 8%. USA and International customers do not pay GST or PST.
Returns
To ensure your full satisfaction with your purchase, Returns are accepted and payment refunded (less shipping and handling charges) provided we are contacted within seven
days of receipt of your order. Item(s) must be returned in original condition
as shipped.
Please email us at info@thebuddycompany.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authoriztion (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is issued to you. Packages returned without a RMA number will be refused. Simply return the products in the same condition as you received them with the RMA number to us within 14 days of the issurance of the RMA number. Upon verification of your returned merchandise, we will issue refund in the same form as your payment. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your returns.
Backordered Items
Occasionally, items on the site may be temporarily out of stock. In this case,
you will be notified by email of the situation and presented with any or all of
the following options:
Wait for the item to arrive in stock.
Choose another item at an equal price or a lesser price and receive a partial refund.
If available, item(s)may be shipped from an alternate source.
Full refund.
